🇲🇽 Important Travel Note - Visitax RequirementThere is a mandatory visitor tax called Visitax (roughly $15 USD) that all foreign visitors must pay before leaving the state. It’s a separate government tax collected by the State of Quintana Roo. You can pay online before your trip through the official Visitax portal and receive a QR code confirmation which is highly recommended to avoid airport lines. Save your Visitax QR code on your phone or print it. You may be asked to present it when departing Quintana Roo. More information can be found <a href="https://www.visitax.gob.mx/sitio/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.AND OF COURSE - DON'T FORGET YOUR PASSPORT!

We’d love for you to stay with us!Our welcome party and round-trip transportation to the wedding venue will be provided from the all-inclusive resort Paradisus Playa Del Carmen. To keep everyone close (and the celebration going!), we kindly ask that you book your stay through our room block if possible.Please book directly through our travel team’s link below — not through the hotel website. Reservation Details:- Deposit: $400 per room (plus travel insurance if selected)- RSVP &amp; Deposit Deadline: August 31, 2025- 50% Payment Due: October 30, 2025- Final Balance Due: January 15, 2026 You’ll see two resort options on the booking page. Both are connected and either one is fine to book. - La Perla is the adults-only side (recommended if you’re not traveling with children).- If booking for single occupancy, please reach out to the travel team directly to make your reservation. Dress Code: Spring Formal Have fun with it — color, cutouts, texture, drama, and patterns are all encouraged! Ladies: Please wear a formal midi or maxi dress or a dressy jumpsuit with heels or sandals. Kindly avoid any white or cream colors.Gentlemen: Please wear a suit and tie. Any color is welcome, and warm-weather fabrics like linen or seersucker are encouraged. No need to worry about sand or grass — the entire venue is paved and solid ground, so your fabulous shoes are safe! We want everyone to look and feel their best—but most importantly, be ready to dance the night away. Dress to impress, but make sure you can move in it!

Think elevated beachwear, like you’re heading to dinner at a seaside resort. Sundresses, breezy sets, linen, and sandals are perfect. Gentlemen, no need for a collar or jacket, but opt for a put-together look (linen shirts, lightweight button-downs, pants).Kindly skip athletic shorts and true beachwear.
